A few weeks ago on The Forum George caught up with Richmond Wandera.
Richmond grew up in a Ugandan slum and had his life changed when a 15 year-old girl he had never met decided to sponsor him: “I think Heather is a hero. I think that act of faith stepping out and holding the hand of a stranger – it had to take faith. It had to take something Christ-like for that to happen. And she is not just my hero but I view her as my mother as well.”
