Twenty One Pilots perform with Tyler Joseph's Dad

Performing at last week's Firefly Festival in the US, Twenty One Pilots took some time out of their set to wish drummer Josh Dun a happy birthday (June 18 for those of you playing along at home), and also to get Tyler's Dad out on stage for a special performance.

Check out the video below, and try not to picture your Dad doing that!!

It's called 'Weep With Me', and Rend Collective have written: "We felt it was fitting to let you hear this lament we've written today. We can't make the pain go away. We refuse to provide cheap, shallow answers. But hopefully this song can give us some vocabulary to bring our raw, open wounds before the wounded healer, who weeps with us in our distress. We pray that we can begin to raise a costly, honest and broken hallelujah. That is what it means to worship in Spirit and in Truth."

Mutemath release first new song from new album

Mutemath have announced a new album coming later this year titled Play Dead, and they've dropped the first new single, "Hit Parade".

I use the word "new" kind of loosely, in that Paul Meany posted on twitter the band had been tweaking it here and there live for awhile.

No official word yet on the release date for the album, but as always, we'll keep you posted.

Learn how to play new United songs at your church

If you're a worship leader at church, or just want to learn how to play the new songs from United, this is a great day for you.

The guys in the band stopped by the New Song Cafe (run by Worship Together) to play some of their new songs, talk about the story behind the songs, and teach viewers how to play the songs - there's even links to chord charts and lyrics.

For the videos for "Shadow Step", and "Splinters and Stones", click here, and don't forget Wonder, the new album from United, is out tomorrow!

MUSIC VIDEO: Rubén Crown - Can't Help Myself

Rubén Crown (the artist formerly known as Stevie Tonks) has dropped a theatrical music video for his new track ‘Can’t Help Myself’, and the conceptual clip shows the singer struggling with some major battles.

Crown directed the video along with Sly Kawengian; and it shows him fighting mysterious smoke, running into a group of people who violently turn on him, and battling a (terrifying) young girl who is wielding a baseball bat.

Shot in an abandoned warehouse, it’s great to see Crown giving it his all and bringing ‘Can’t Help Myself’ to life.

The song is giving us major Justin Timberlake vibes, featuring some slick production from Sam de Jong. It’s the second track that Crown has released, after his mega 80’s pop-ballad ‘Closer’. Word is he’s got an EP coming out soon, and we’re keen to hear more from the man with the killer pipes.

Watch the video for ‘Can’t Help Myself’ below, and give Crown some love on Facebook.
